  • Sujeewa Samarasekere - CEO

"Since inception we’ve kept close watch on innovative high-end technology, new digital research and consumer perception on interactive media – this much is certain; what used to be Sci-Fi is now reality. Using hi-tech design tools to bring the online world to new surfaces and devices, thereby creating more memorable and awe-provoking experiences for both client and consumer - this is my continuing ambition. Needless to say, it is the future."

  • Nalindra Godakanda – COO

"The phobia of going digital is rapidly dissolving. We’re lucky to have found our niche early to become the trendsetter for these space-age platforms. From R&D to implementation we’ve adapted with the technologies, to offer our clients design and simplicity at the forefront of every project. In the horizon, yet within reach, never before experienced inventions and innovations are taking shape. We will be right there when they materialize."

  • Pramodha Herath – Multimedia Production Manager

"One thing has remained constant throughout - we’ve always been on uncharted waters. From 3D animations to special effects to the arrival of 3D mapping and beyond, its all been learning, treading and perfecting each medium with each execution. Discovering new projection techniques and the software which enables this was a challenging task, but today we are capable of incorporating over 4+ projectors on large scale canvasses and add a more dynamic and interactive viewing experience for each project."

  • Shania Perera – Manager Operations

"‘No’, is not in the Shift vocabulary. Neither is ‘fail’. We take deadlines seriously and take every measure possible for the seamless function of team and tech. When coordinating projects through to completion we’ve come across various challenges and obstacles. But it just so happens that each time it is always something different. Fundamentally this is an inescapable truth when dealing with new technology, so we can only keep improving, even if by trial and error."

  • Isuru Udayanga – Manager Web Development

"How we access the web is changing. When new platforms like tablets, smart phones and AI based interfaces are swamping the world, we invariably must re-look at the functionality of the web. Knowledge we need to keep in mind when developing a site from concept to code. By using tools like HTML 5 and CSS 3 for their vast number of features, we gain dexterity when it comes to design, animation or typography."

  • Chathura Nirmal – Senior Interactive Developer

"Consumers by default interact with more touch points today. Resolving to traditional media and mediums therefore is insufficient for brands to maintain high levels of awareness. Creating real-time user based experiences on the web these days is essential. With this form of direct involvement not only can we generate the desired response we also become a part of their daily routine, whichever their device, whatever the platform and whenever a new format emerges."

  • Jehan Adahan – Interactive Designer / Web Developer

"When it comes to design and graphic components of web templates, corporate presentations or motion detection applications like kinect SDK or AR it’s vital to remember that what we’re hoping to achieve is a more personal and closer computing experience with our consumers. Therefore weaving technologies together becomes of paramount importance, where the aim is to create faster enjoyable stimulus when browsing, projecting or simply entertaining."

  • Ranoj Kurukulasuriya – Digital Creative

"If you’re afraid to break the rules you’ll get nowhere in this brave new world. To be creative in this world of increasing new media streams, you have to learn how to break new rules, evolve with them and dream them different. These are worlds ruled by digital gods, cyber-tooth followers and alien landscapes. It’s a world where reality is smudged at the edges with imagination. And there’s only this to remember when you are here, there are absolutely no rules."
